I approach therapy with the belief that each person holds the solution to achieving their personal goals, however obscure or illusive those solutions may initially appear. My goal is to guide you on your path to clarity and self-awareness. In our sessions, I will assist you in confronting difficult topics in a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment.
